A 44-minute long-form video work featuring the live heartbeat sounds of a woman in her 20s with black hair, a former maid café worker, recorded across a variety of situations.
Please enjoy the world of a real young woman's heartbeat — from the moment the stethoscope is placed — with earphones in. We've captured every nuance of the heartbeat: the steady rhythm at rest, as well as fluctuations caused by changes in posture, compression, and deep breathing.
As you can hear in the sample, the quality of both video and audio recording has improved dramatically with this release. This is because, starting with this work, we have brought in a professional team for both video and audio production. Ambient noise has been minimized as much as possible, allowing you to enjoy raw heartbeat sounds as if they were right beside you.
【Contents】

Initial heartbeat with a hint of nervousness
Normal heartbeat while seated on a bed
Heartbeat while lying down
Breathing sounds and heartbeat during sleep
Heartbeat while waking up and stretching
Heartbeat while turning over in bed
Heartbeat under compression while lying face down
Heartbeat while getting up
Vacant expression and heartbeat during brief chest compression
Heartbeat after compression is released
Heartbeat during deep breathing
Breathing and heartbeat as oxygen levels drop from exhaling into a bag

From the slightly elevated heart rate due to nervousness at the start of recording, to the calm, relaxed pulse during rest, lying down, and sleep — each scene captures a different expression of the heartbeat. Special attention has also been paid to subtle changes: how the pulse responds sensitively even to everyday movements like turning over or sitting up, the difference in sound quality during and after chest compression, and the rhythm shifting in sync with deep breathing.
