規約は以下になります。今後予告なく更新され、すべてのモデルに適用されます。以下への違反が認められた場合、投稿の削除、損害賠償の対象となる場合があります。

・VRMは内部規約を遵守願います。〇〇表現、政治的利用、公序良俗に反する表現、その他作者が不適当と認めた使用法を禁止とします。
・VRMアプリでは各規約をご確認いただき、自己責任の範囲でご使用ください。
・VR・MR・ARアプリ、及びデモ映像（静画含む）への二次創作モデルの使用の全面的禁止。
・コイカツ、VRM等他データへの変換及び再配布、販売を禁止します。
・静画・動画作品以外の場合、私の方へ使用の確認をお願いします。
・VRChat等VRSNSでの二次創作モデルの使用禁止。
・加害性のあるハードな表現（R18G含む）禁止（ギャグは大丈夫です）。
・苦痛を伴う表現禁止。
・政治的表現の利用禁止。
・再配布厳禁（改造したもの含む）。
・その他私が不適切と判断したものの公開禁止。
・SNSに上げる作品はモデルの御本人やファンの方の感情を尊重し、ハードな表現は避けるようお願いします。

二次創作モデルのため、何卒ご配慮お願いいたします。

The terms and conditions are as follows. Will be updated without notice and will apply to all models. If a violation of the following is found, the post may be deleted and you may be subject to compensation for damages.
- Conversion to other data such as Koikatsu, redistribution, and sale are prohibited.

・VRM must comply with internal regulations. Expressions of violence, political use, expressions that violate public order and morals, and any other usage deemed inappropriate by the author are prohibited.
・Please check the terms and conditions of the VRM app and use it at your own risk.
・For works other than still images and videos, please contact me to confirm use.
・Completely prohibits the use of derivative models in VR/MR/AR apps and demo videos (including still images) (Please contact us separately in the case of original models).
・Use of derivative models on VRSNS such as VRChat is prohibited.
・〇〇 expressions (including R18G) are prohibited (gags are okay).
- Prohibition of use of political expressions.
- Redistribution is strictly prohibited (including modified versions).
・Publication of other content that I deem inappropriate is prohibited.
・When posting works on SNS, please respect the feelings of the models themselves and their fans, and avoid harsh expressions.

Please be considerate as this is a derivative work model.

モデルデータを転売していたGumroad、Patreon、Deviantart、MMDモデル配布サイトのユーザーをDMCA報告し、アメリカの法律に基づいて対応していただきました。
