　A.どうやら端末のスペックやスマホの初期から入っている動画プレイヤーアプリが原因のようです。
　　対策としてHDサイズをご利用するか、評判の良い動画プレイヤーのアプリをスマホにインストールし、そちらで動画を開けば問題なく再生されました。（うp主のAndroid端末にて確認済み）
